Although it is only seven weeks in to Exhale's nine week shooting schedule, tonight's shoot is the film's finale at Butcher Jones Beach tucked away in the Stewart Mountains, approximately 70 minutes outside of downtown Phoenix. The ladies -- Lela, Whitney, Angela and Loretta -- are dressed in glamorous New Year's Eve finery and "beat" to perfection. "This ain't no action movie, these girls all want to look like divas!" quips makeup artist Roxanna Floyd, as they prepare for their champagne toast by the campfire. Today (April 17th) is also Lela's birthday and between takes, Lela, Angela and Loretta gather in the makeup trailer to keep up the party 
reverie. Tall, bubbly and tan--Rochon seems every bit like Robin off-camera as she flops down on the couch, letting out an infectious giggle -- ever eager to tell her magical casting tale. "Everyone was saying that either Halle Berry or Robin Givens was going to get the part of Robin so I really didn't think I stood a chance. But at least I felt I deserved an audition." Once denied that, Rochon, who had a recurring role in the sitcom, The Wayans Brothers, began a letter-writing campaign to Whitaker. "I had never done anything like that before but I had read the book when it first came out and I just knew I was Robin," Lela says between sips of fake bubbly (apple cider).
